About Chef Angel
Chef Angel Palmer is a Savannah-based chef, culinary educator, and hospitality professional with more than 19 years of experience in food service, hospitality management, and culinary leadership. Known for her intentional approach to food and her passion for creating meaningful experiences around the table, Chef Angel believes that great meals bring people together and turn moments into lasting memories.
As the founder and owner of Ennoble Events & Catering, Chef Angel specializes in bold flavors, thoughtful flavor pairings, and elevated buffet experiences designed to impress guests while maintaining the warmth and comfort of Southern hospitality. Her work ranges from intimate gatherings and elegant weddings to large-scale corporate and community events. Each menu is intentionally curated, blending classic Southern cuisine with modern creativity and refined presentation.
Earlier in her career, Chef Angel served as a corporate chef and hospitality leader, traveling across the country consulting restaurants and cafés on menu development, kitchen operations, training, and hospitality standards. This experience shaped her ability to design efficient, scalable menus while maintaining exceptional flavor and guest experience.
Chef Angel holds an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from Sinclair Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Film Studies/Journalism from Eastern Michigan University. She is also ServSafe Certified, a member of the American Culinary Federation, and the National Restaurant Association.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Angel is deeply committed to service and community. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Soldier’s Angels, Hospice Care, and youth mentorship programs, believing that food is one of the most powerful ways to serve and uplift others.
When she’s not in the kitchen creating new menus or teaching the next generation of culinary professionals, Chef Angel is most proud of her role as a boy mom, raising her son while continuing to build a business centered around hospitality, excellence, and heart.
